If you are unsatisfied with OutsiderMap for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund is processed, your Pro access ends immediately.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@outsidermap.me from the address on your account, or
• Reply to your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email, or use the link in that receipt to contact support directly.

Include the email you used at checkout so we can locate the order. We aim to respond within 2 business days; once approved, refunds typically return to your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payments and processing

All payments for OutsiderMap are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, and refund execution. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

One-time purchase, no renewals

• OutsiderMap Pro is offered as a single $29 one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing to cancel.
• Your purchase unlocks Pro access permanently — it does not expire and never bills you again.
• The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies to this one-time purchase.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights in your country of residence.
