Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with OutsiderMap for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund is processed, your Pro access ends immediately.

How to request a refund

  • Email hello@outsidermap.me from the address on your account, or
  • Reply to your Paddle order confirmation email, or use the link in that receipt to contact Paddle support directly.

Include the email you used at checkout so we can locate the order. We aim to respond within 2 business days; once approved, Paddle typically returns funds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payments and processing

All payments for OutsiderMap are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and refund execution. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Your renewal date and price are shown in your Paddle receipt and in your account settings.
  • You can cancel anytime before renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights in your country of residence.
